EverTidy Cleaning provides residential, move-in/move-out, and vacation rental cleaning coordination services throughout South Florida. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.ServicesCleaning services are scheduled based on availability. Service scope, timing, and pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and requested services.Estimates & PricingQuotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if property conditions or requested services differ from the original estimate.PaymentsPayment is due before or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. EverTidy Cleaning accepts electronic payments through approved payment methods and payment links.Cancellations & ReschedulingCustomers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Customers who are unavailable at the time of service or fail to provide access to the property may be subject to a $75 no-show/no-access fee. Rescheduling requests are generally accommodated without charge when reasonable notice is provided.Satisfaction ConcernsIf there is an issue with service quality, customers should contact EverTidy Cleaning within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve legitimate concerns.SMS CommunicationsBy providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications related to scheduling, quotes, reminders, and customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
